February 2 -Intro to the Challenge-Meet and Greet

Feb 9th - 6:00pm - Evaluating my overall health? (Intake and Assessments) Presentation: "How is my Overall Health?" with Dr. Kyle Neeley, www.drkyleneeley.com. This week Dr. Kyle Neeley will discuss overall health issues and the importance of ex-ercise. The benefits of naturopathy help reduce our dependence on chemicals in our wellness regimens.
