Ball - The ball class has many benefits. It can accelerate stretching, assist in abdomen exercise, and can be used in hip lifts. A new method has been found that will alleviate chronic pain. Typically this pain does not respond to other modalities. Bands - The exercise bands are mainly used to add flexibility to your workout, and allow you to customize the amount of resistance you need. They also allow you to be more aware of your movements.
Magic Circle - The magic circle is a flexible ring that is mostly used for arms, chest, hips and thighs. The resistance allows your body immediate feedback as to the effectiveness of the exercise. Remember, Individual Mat Classes can be scheduled any time, just call or e-mail for more information. Disclaimer: Mat classes are limited to 8 people. A minimum of 3 participants is required for a class. If monthly enrollment has not been met, classes are subject to cancellation. |
